This is Skouti who was found in a very bad condition. He was found by a member of MELIOS in Skoutari and that's why we named him Skouti!
His condition was really tragic. He had so many health problems, yet he showed incredible strength and will to survive!

He had leishmaniasis, low hemoglobin and an injured leg. His leg had a large wound (probably hit by a car) that was like an inexhaustible source of blood and pus!
After his therapy for leishmaniasis was completed and the results of his blood tests were satisfactory, a new appointment had to be made with the doctor. The time for his amputation had come.
Now, after a long time, Skouti is healthier than ever and ready for adoption. Let's open our home to this great fighter!!!
